Delivery Timeline:
Normal Days Expected delivery within 2-4 weeks from the date of purchase.
During Sale Period Expected delivery within 4-6 weeks from the date of purchase.
Local Pickup Orders Timeline:
Local pickup for orders can vary between 5 to 10+ days, depending on the item. While the usual pickup timeline is around 5+ days, occasional delays may occur. Please contact us prior to visit our showroom
Pickup Location is only in our showroom.
Expedited Delivery Option:
Customers requiring expedited delivery for ready items may opt for our express delivery service.
Express delivery ensures prompt delivery of ready items.
Customers opting for express delivery will incur additional charges, which are as follows:
Dubai: A charge of AED 250 will apply.
Other Emirates: A charge of AED 450 will apply.
Process for Expedited Delivery:
Customers requesting expedited delivery must contact our customer service team.
Upon request, customers will be informed of the express delivery charges.
Full payment for express delivery charges must be made before dispatching the items.
Delivery Confirmation:
Upon the readiness of your order for dispatch, you will receive a notification via email or SMS.
On the day of your scheduled delivery, our delivery team will reach out to you with a notification 30minutes prior to their arrival at your location.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the items.
Delivery Rescheduling Policy:
If a customer cancels the delivery on the scheduled date provided by WS Living, the delivery will be rescheduled.
In such cases, the customer will be required to wait for a period of 7 days for the next available delivery slot.
If the customer is unwilling to wait for the 7-day rescheduled date, they have the option to expedite the delivery by paying the applicable express delivery charge.
Storage of purchased products in WS Living warehouses are available free of charge for 14 days from the date of purchase.
Storage beyond this period will be applicable at a rate of 10% of the invoice value per month.
If the customer does not collect the purchased products or within 2 months (8 weeks) from the date of invoice, WS Living reserves the right to cancel the order and resell the products.
No exchanges or refunds will apply in these cases.
Delivery Terms and Conditions:
WS Living will deliver products at the assigned address and will always aim to deliver within the timeframe agreed prior. Any delay due to unforeseen circumstances does not entitle the customer to claim damages, cancel the order or receive a refund.
Assembly and installation of purchased products, if needed, are only applicable to items that are purchased with assembly support.
WS Living does not carry out installations of chandeliers, general lighting, wall décor, mirrors, or any permanent fixtures. Customers are responsible for arranging installation for such items.
Upon delivery, the WS Living delivery team will require a signature confirming the satisfaction and acceptance of the item (s). Once signed for, the item (s) are not eligible for refund.
If you are dissatisfied with the item (s) at the time of delivery, please inform the delivery team there and then and they will return the order to the warehouse.
Our customer service team will be informed and will address the issues with you within 24 hours of the delivery time and apply appropriate resolution.
- SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Please note that the shipping timeline provided is an estimate and may vary based on factors such as product availability, customisation requirements, and delivery location. Our team strives to ensure timely delivery and will communicate any potential delays with customers proactively.
Customers residing in multi-story buildings: prior to purchase this item, kindly ensure that you measure the dimensions of the service lift to ensure compatibility.
Products that are not compatible with the lift space can be moved via stair cases, however our delivery team charge a fee of 100 aed per flight of stairs (Subjected for approval). Therefore, please ensure you have checked the measurements of the space correctly as we do not take responsibility for incompatible items.

Free Delivery for orders above 1000 AED ( Only for DUBAI )
For remaining Emirates Orders Below 3000 AED , 150 AED standard shipping fee
Free delivery service is applicable for purchases above AED 1,000 to Dubai and AED 3,000 to all other Emirates within the UAE. A delivery fee will be applicable for deliveries below this threshold. Delivery timings are subject to availability and prior scheduling with the delivery team.
