Sofa Warranty & Guarantees
At WS Living, we take great pride in delivering high-quality, stylish, and durable furniture. Our sofas are crafted with care—whether locally produced in our own UAE-based workshop or carefully sourced from trusted international partners. To give you peace of mind, we offer the following warranty coverage:
1. Locally Produced Sofas – UAE-Made Collection
Our UAE-made sofas are the cornerstone of WS Living's craftsmanship. Designed and manufactured in our local workshop, these sofas are built to the highest standards using premium materials.
Warranty Coverage for UAE-Made Sofas:
Frame: 5-year warranty against structural defects in materials and workmanship (including warping, cracking, or breakage under normal use).
Foam & Cushions: 5-year warranty against loss of resilience or significant sagging (under normal conditions and proper care).
Upholstery Fabric (WS Living-supplied): 1-year warranty against seam slippage, slipping, and dye transfer (excluding damage due to misuse, sunlight exposure and inadequate maintenance).
Workmanship Guarantee: We offer a 12-month workmanship guarantee covering stitching, detailing, and general finish.
Note: Any customization, including choice of fabric, size, or configuration, will not void the warranty, provided all care instructions are followed.
What’s Not Covered:
Normal wear and tear, fading due to sunlight exposure, or damage from spills and stains
Improper cleaning, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
Pet damage, accidental cuts, burns, or scratches
Transportation or relocation damage after initial delivery
1. After-Sales Services
At WS Living, we believe our relationship with you continues well beyond delivery. We’re pleased to offer arange of after-sales services to help keep your sofa looking and feeling its best
Free Cushion Refilling
We offer complimentary refilling for seating cushions, backrests, and arm cushions made with feather and/or silicone fiber.
Transportation: A delivery fee applies for pickup/drop-o.
No Fee Option: Customers may choose to drop o and collect the cushions themselves at no cost.
Re-Upholstery Program
Refresh your WS Living sofa with new fabric through our re-upholstery service. Customers can choose from a wide range of updated fabric options. This service is offered at cost, based on the sofa’s type and condition.
Stitching & Seam Repair Service
We offer free repair or resewing of loose or damaged seams within 1-2 year of purchase. We also provide quick repair or replacement of zippers on cushion covers.
How to Make a Warranty Claim:

Provide proof of purchase, photographs of the issue, and a brief description. Our team will
evaluate your claim and advise on the next steps, which may include repair or replacement.
