At WS Living, we have a strict no refund policy. If you decide you do not want to accept your products upon delivery, we can issue exchanges or credit notes, only if the item is not accepted at delivery. For items purchased directly in store, we offer exchange and credit notes only within 7 days from purchase and only if the item has not been used, damaged, marked or changed from its original appearance. The item(s) must be accompanied with the original receipt for a product exchange or store credit.
Credit Notes issued to customers will be valid for three (3) months only
The following products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Products that have exceeded 7 days after the items are being delivered
- Products that are not in their original condition
- Products that have been damaged, stained, or altered
- Products with their original packaging opened or missing
- Products that have been assembled or installed after delivery
- Products that have been signed for and accepted upon delivery
- Products that are customized, or items sold under the 'last chance' ‘sale’ or ‘clearance’ category
WS Living will deliver products at the assigned address and will always aim to deliver within the timeframe agreed prior. Any delay due to unforeseen circumstances does not entitle the customer to claim damages, cancel the order or receive a refund.
Assembly and installation of purchased products, if needed, are only applicable to items that are purchased with assembly support.
WS Living does not carry out installations of chandeliers, general lighting, wall décor, mirrors, or any permanent fixtures. Customers are responsible for arranging installation for such items.
Upon delivery, the WS Living delivery team will require a signature confirming the satisfaction and acceptance of the item (s). Once signed for, the item (s) are not eligible for refund.
If you are dissatisfied with the item (s) at the time of delivery, please inform the delivery team there and then and they will return the order to the warehouse.
Our customer service team will be informed and will address the issues with you within 24 hours of the delivery time and apply appropriate resolution.
